MORE 05 June 2009 Photo Release PHAP supports greater access to healthcare through Project NARS PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal Arroyo received the signed Memorandum of Agreement detailing the commitment of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association of the Philippines (PHAP) to the government’s Project Nurses Assigned in Rural Service (NARS). PHAP, through the PHAPCares Foundation, will sponsor an additional 100 nurses for deployment to 20 poorest municipalities in the country as part of its advocacy to promote greater access to healthcare.
